Unlike previous years, the fresh vintage of Zelna Brut sparkling wine includes Italian Riesling in addition to Furmint. Furmint provides the acids, Italian Riesling provides the body. It was aged in bottle for two years before disgorging, with a 6g dosage, using a traditional method, keeping all processes within the winery's walls.
